Circa 1970 bicolour Datejust model 1601 on an early folded link Jubilee bracelet with very attractive silver / baton dial ( negligible staining or signs of age ). This 40 year old watch was one of the earliest of the model and these did not have a quick-set method for altering the date.....you simply turn the hands 24 hours forward or back to advance / reverse the date! If you can accept its age and that its accuracy will be more like +/- 10 seconds per day than that of a modern watch, then it is a superb example which looks unmissable against the current NEW model 116233 at £5,980!
