The Paul Newman Daytona refers to a particular model and style of dial worn by the famous actor and racing mogul. Here he is in fact seen wearing a different model, the modern 116520. Interestingly, Newman often deliberately wears his Daytonas with the crowns unscrewed so he can more readily use the stopwatch features --- not recommended generally as it exposes the watch to the risk of water penetration.
